Pre-Order Questions
1. What is the difference between organic and non-organic desi khand/jaggery powder?
- Organic is made from certified organic sugarcane only, while non-organic may use normal sugarcane. Irrespective of sugarcane type dhampur desi khand and jaggery powder uses no chemical or colour or bleaching agent or preservative during production process.
2. Why is there such a price difference between the pouch and the jar?
- Jars have higher packaging costs, ensuring better storage and reusability. Pouch are to refill the jar.
3. Are there any discounts available?
- Discounts for bulk orders only ; please let us know your requirement.
4. How can I become your product distributor?
- Please share your Area/ Region of your distribution? Number of retail outlets covered and existing products you are distributing? Send mail on praveen@dhampurgreen.com.
5. Do you have any distributors in my area?
- You can order online and for future will connect you with the nearest distributor for you.
6. Minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
- All orders above Rs 5000 are considered bulk orders.
7. What is the difference between molasses and blackstrap molasses?
- Blackstrap molasses is a less sweet and nutrient-rich form of molasses.
8. How many types of syrups do you have?

9. What is the difference between liquid sugar syrup and golden liquid syrup?
- Golden syrup is golden in colour with mild caramel flavor, while liquid sugar syrup is more transparent and only has a sugary taste.
Post-Order Questions
10. When will I get my order?
- Between 3-7 days, depending on distance from Delhi.
11. Payment has been made, but I haven't received any order number or details via message or WhatsApp.
- Please share your payment details and Sending you again on your mail id and whats app, also check your spam folder.
12. I received the order in damaged condition.
- Don’t worry, please share images / proof or damage, will resolve the problem.
13. I received a short supply.
- Don’t worry, please share an image of the received items and invoice, will investigate and resolve.
14. Why is there so much delay in delivery?
- What is your delivery location and order ID? Delay is due to courier / transport delay; will connect you with the delivery partner.
15. Why did your jaggery spoil before the expiry date?
- Please store in the fridge for a long shelf life. We do not put any preservative or chemical in any product, in that case if you store it in a warm or moist place it will spoil.
16. How can I track my order?
- Yes, please Use the tracking link sent via message, or share your order ID for an update.
17. When I put brown sugar in water, the white sugar settles at the bottom, and the brown color separates. Does it contain any colorants?
- No, it is unrefined; the natural molasses on top of sugar crystals cause this separation. Sharing you some literature on the same.
